The building’s exterior walls are made of 4” natural stone veneer with a wythe of 6” CMU blocks filled with thermal perlite material for insulation and sound transmission. There is a 7.5 insulated curtainwall glass window system at the front entry and 6” Curtainwall windows around the perimeter walls.
